Note to self: City of Heroes references are now COUNTERproductive.

Hey another 3-fer! I'm turning into 50%-gal here ...

@ [livejournal.com profile] cmzero, thanks, but the real challenge will come when Spouse takes early retirement in early 2017. Either we'll be able to do all kinds of stuff we never had time to until now together, or I'll murder him for getting on my nerves all day every day (instead of just on weekends and during summer break)!

*wry grin* Sounds about right. Nothing against my husband, I still think he's a great guy, but I sometimes wish I hadn't married at all ...

Ohh, and one other thing ...

"(Are you sure you're not thinking of Bea Arthur? -CV)"

You leave off of Bea Arthur, dude -- she was the BEST thing about "Golden Girls"! (When I grow up, I want to be a little bit like Dorothy Sbornak ... I already have the half-pint-sized meddling mother-in-law!)

Erm, and the other other thing? [livejournal.com profile] thepikey, you should maybe try buying Peruvian Darkness Powder at WWW in Diagon Alley -- smoke bombs are so last year! Also, may I suggest Bernard Jordan?

Rose came a very close second. :) It's just, being tall and sarcastic, I identified with Dorothy the most!

And who're you calling "Young lady"? Sorry, am neither!

Yay, three quotes!

Party at my house, as long as you're not afraid of dogs . ..

Oh, who am I kidding . . . gin flavored pudding will outrank dogs (little dogs at that) any day . . .

Got three of them right now! One was my Mama's and of course, I wouldn't get rid of him. One has always been mine. One, we recently adopted, and he is my sister's. However, they are all "ours" or we are all "theirs" - however that works.

I've a feeling that gin gives you the power to triumph over almost anything.
