I found the photo, and I have no idea what they are. I'm guessing orange cherry tomatoes, but the ingredients says, "Baby Spinach with spiked walnuts, croutons, and crumbled blue cheese in raspberry vinaigrette."

I guess those bits that look like chunks of salmon must be the croutons?
