The point again is, Happy New Year to all, hope you had a great holiday, hope you're starting the new year well, and hope that all is well and good, or at least gin and pudding, for everyone. It sure was for us. Mmmm, pudding.

Let's all resolve to quiz more this year! That's right, I'm not setting a good example, but do what I say, not what I do. That's our time-old motto, and it's still working. Play! It's good! It's tasty!

See you all tomorrow for a new quiz!

Rock On!

Five! That includes one two-way groupthink (for reduced points), but also "the one after the answer", for which I'm sure there is a technical term, so I think that counts extra. Not a bad way to start the year, especially for a quiz where I not only figured out the theme but also knew the lyrics question answer.

But what about those quotes which get a direct comment from the mods? Aren't they worth at least a little bit, too?

(And this has nothing to do with the fact that I had three of those in this last quiz, of course ... *whistles innocently while making puppy eyes*)

To everyone who is concerned I have already apologised to [livejournal.com profile] i_calql8 for breaking his quotage streak. If I were a person with better manners I would have stood down when I equalled his best.
But, as I explained, and evidenced by this quiz by which I am only 40% funny, I had to grasp onto the only first place I could, the first place earned by gritty determination rather than actual talent for comedy!
