Don't worry, the quiz is not dead. It's just... pining for the fjords. I will indeed put out the results from the latest quizly offering as soon as possible, which could be Sunday, or Monday, or Tuesday. Life and work in Kenya make some things more challenging. So, once I'm back in the good ole USA, we can get back to non-serious business. And business is good.

As a side note, I have not had a satisfactory gin and tonic since I arrived here. Nor have I encountered a decent pudding. Cute exotic baby animals, however, are in full swing. I suppose one out of three isn't too bad...

But this is terrible! How else will you get life-saving quinine into your system? You must tell your boss that if you are not kept adequately supplied with good quality G&T, health and safety prohibits your continued working.

See if that works. If not, find a British embassy. Tell them what you've said up there and they'll sort you out. Don't ask for pudding though. You're likely to get one of these:

So, you still haven't found "Obama's" real birth certificate? Or are you there helping that long lost friend collect on the 17 MILLION US DOLLARS that he's completely legally entitled to give you half of in exchange for your 'services'?

But seriously, is the problem a lack of good gin, good tonic, or both?

[random fact about gin and tonic] (http://threepanelsoul.com/view.php?date=2007-05-19). Because this Quizz basically is just about useless, random knowledge, right?

...Now I want a gin and tonic.

After work, I'll have one of the ones you're not having, CV. Because I care. And because it's a shame for good alcohol to go undrank. Undrunk. Undrinked. Unconsumed.

Also: don't get eaten.

To cheer you up, here is a lovely song, called Business Time, by Flight of the Conchords. As I assume that when you get back to the US, it will indeed be business time.

I can't offer pudding, but instead, I offer pie.

Do they have waragi in Kenya like they do in Uganda? Because waragi and tonic is as good as GnT.
