Hippos aren't known to be the most rapid creatures, and with massive sea turtles having even worse land-speed abilities, I'd venture to guess a turppo would probably be incapable of movement.

But it'd be the damndest creature to look at.

I remember these two! This was after that big tsunami in Indonesia. The baby hippo bonded to this ancient tortoise and the two of them went everywhere together!
