And with that gibberish out of the way, let's get right to the point: It's Thursday, that strange and confusing day between Hump Day and TGIF, where you just don't know how to feel. Allow us to help: You should feel either A) good, because there's still time to play this week's fun-filled action-packed quiz, or B) really good, because you've already played the quiz and that makes you a good person. So brighten up those moods, everyone! It's happy trails all around!

And, in honor of [livejournal.com profile] barbarienne, today we're going to eat something really special.

Mammothburgers- you know you want some.

Go. Play. Take Quiz.

Why do you have an icon of Krang on fire?

Ah, right. I've really got to get my hands on that movie.

Shredder and Krang are so completely married. It warms my little moogle heart to see it. ^_^

There was one (which I am struggling to remember the English-language title of at the moment. I are sick, so that's making it difficult)that was the first ever animated film to make me cry. Had something to do with a violin. But it was AWESOME.

Pom Poko (which my brain wants to say is a Miyazaki film atm, under the influence of Dayquil and Thin Mints)made me laugh so hard I peed my pants (literally). I couldn't believe that there were Racoon Naughty Bits in a cartoon, nor that they could change the size of them at will.

Pom Poko! I saw that one! :D I've been trying to remember the title for ages. Japanese folklore is fucked up, man. (Not that we can really judge. I mean, Hansel and Gretel, yo.)

Sadly, I don't think it's a Miyazaki film, just animated in the same style. :(

I thought Anglo-American folklore/fairy tales were really fucked up. Then I discovered the wonder that is Japanese folklore/fairy tales. XD THAT is some kind of messed up.

Oh..the film I mentioned, wit the violin, Whisper of the Heart. Took me forever to find it, but the fact that they used "Take Me Home Country Roads" as a plot device let me look it up on Wikipedia.

*putting on shades to counteract the glare ;)

If it makes you feel better, I just finished doing the quiz, and in doing so, I have my own earworm. Wanna know the song? Pray that the mods give me quotage on #6. *mine is an evil laugh*

*wry grin* For the first time ever, I edited my answers. Still not sure about how funny I was (if at all) -- couldn't find a way to work in a Star trek reference on #5. Hmph.

And ... song? What song? *is curious*

Nope, gotta hope for quotage on #6. If you're nice to me, I may tell you Monday if the mods are unkind. :)

Besides, scientists say that two earworms at once makes head go splodey.

LOL. Define "nice"!

Scientists aren't the only ones; depending on which earworm it is, that's enough to make MY head go 'splodey!

Not a bribe exactly; more like an enticement/offer that's hard to refuse: Come move to Germany. :) Math teachers at the high school level are in high demand, the pay isn't half-bad (around €3000 net/month), and you'll get something like tenure because you'll be a state employee/civil servant. While summer break is "only" 6 1/2 weeks, it's actually PAID vacation time -- same as the two weeks each over Easter and Christmas. :) Plus one month's salary bonus each year, private insurance ...

How'm I doing? :)

A kid I knew in high school had this habit of, ahem, "shaving his wee beastie," and then complaining loudly the next day about how his balls itched. It was one of the most obnoxious things I've ever had the misfortune to experience.

I mades a new idon for you Mod type people, but it's animated to fast, and I canna slow it down..so you'll need to get someone else to do that, or have an epilectic icon..whichever.

Does this help? :o The layers are at 300ms now, but I can slow 'em down more if it's still giving the epileptics in the audience seizures.

I like this--at least I liked what I could glean from the blinding speed. I hope someone can slow it down. I think it'd be a pretty neat LJDQ icon.

Still, I'm getting vibes of the ribs they used to bring out to Fred Flintstone's car...
