Now I have the sudden urge to do a sudoku. I hate the damn things, but can't stop myself from doing them. My company has a bi-weekly internal newsletter that includes one. I lose like an hour to it.
Eh, sometimes you gotta improvise for da art, ya know whattah mean? ;-)
After all, there's always iambic pentameter...
"Our hero Trogdor, he was but a man. No wait, I mean he was a dragon man. Nay; he was nothing but a great dragon. But in the end he still remained TROGDOOOOOOOOOOOR!!!!!
Burninating all the countryside Burninating all the weak peasants Burninating all of the people Burninating thatched-roof cottages.
Aye, he burned the thatched-roof cottages. And stealthy Trogdor came within the NIIIIIIGHT!!!!!"
I had some extra iambic pentameter leftover, so I used it.
And I think a sonnet has another four-line verse in there? If I remember right... which I might not, my memories of English Literature are sketchy at best.
i already played ljdq and i know in the pub i have seen you there's gin goin' round and a great happy sound where's the pudding? give it, or i'll beat you!
Surprized you didn't use a pic from the Save the Whales star trek movie.
In other news, there's whales cruising up the delta here in the Bay Area, they're almost at Sacramento. Probably easier to catch if'n y'all are feeling, y'know... hungry. (they're not fuzzy, dunno if they qualify as 'cute' enough for you to eat)

Date: 2007-05-17 08:08 pm (UTC)I don't want to go OUT of my way to find the god-forsaken things. I don't like them. I'm just drawn by some powerful urge.
I think I'd like them better if they were done with colours instead of numbers. (No reason they couldn't be... Makes it harder to count though)
