cut duck into 1/4" or 1/8" slices
marinate duck in some gooey mixture of dr pepper, soy sauce, and other stuff for at least 12 hours
remove slices from marinade, allowing excess marinade to drip off
gently lay slices of duck on dehydrator trays
dehydrate for about 12 hours
carefully put the slices back together so it looks like a duck again, a dried shrivelled duck.
